Sarah Fench, OTR/L, CHT, CLT-LANA

Sarah Fench is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist. She completed both her undergraduate degree and Masters in Occupational Therapy at Saint Louis University. She went on to begin her occupational therapy career at Milliken Hand Rehabilitation Center in St. Louis, Missouri, where she currently practices. Her clinical practice consists of treating children and adults with upper extremity diagnoses including fractures, arthritis, tendon injuries and trauma. In addition to her work with hand patients, she is also a LANA certified lymphedema therapist specializing in breast cancer related lymphedema as well as rehabilitation following breast cancer treatment and reconstruction. She is a founding member of Washington University’s LE&RN (Lymphatic Education and Research Network) Network of Excellence, which provides multidisciplinary care to people with lymphatic disease, and is passionate about her work with this population. In addition to her clinical practice, Sarah enjoys mentoring students during their fieldwork and capstone placements, and has worked with her clinical team to develop a program to help further the learning of students and novice therapists looking to develop their skills in hand therapy settings.
