Book a Room at the Hilton Milwaukee
One night's room and tax deposit are required to confirm a reservation. Should you need to cancel your reservation, the hotel will refund the deposit, as long as they receive the cancellation at least 24 hours prior to your check-in date.
Reservations must be made by September 15, 2026 and are being offered on a first-come, first-served basis.

ASHT has been made aware of a variety of service providers calling from different locations. These companies claim to assist in hotel bookings and accommodations for annual conferences. Please note that these companies do not represent ASHT, nor does ASHT authorize them to use its names or logo. DO NOT provide your credit card information or any details to anyone calling you in reference to hotel bookings for the ASHT Annual Meeting unless it is ASHT Meetings Staff or Hilton Milwaukee personnel confirming a reservation you made personally.
ASHT cannot guarantee that any reservation made through any third party will actually be made or if the hotel will honor these reservations.
