In-Person Registration Information

Annual Meeting (October 8-10, 2026): The Annual Meeting begins with concurrent instructional sessions Thursday afternoon. Access to all plenary, scientific and concurrent sessions from Thursday, October 23 through Saturday, October 25 is included with registration, except for ticketed events. In-person registrants will have access to select recorded sessions, which will be posted on the ASHT on-demand platform by November 10. 

Pre-Conference Institutes (Thursday, October 8, 2026): ASHT offers Pre-Conference Institutes for in-person attendees prior to the official start of the Annual Meeting. These educational sessions offer intense hands-on learning highlighting current hand and upper extremity topics. These sessions are capped, ticketed and require pre-registration. In-person attendees may purchase either (1) four-hour or (1) two-hour Pre-Conference Institute. Pre-Conference Institutes will not be recorded or available through the on-demand platform. 

Pediatric Specialty Day (Wednesday, October 7, 2026): Pediatric Specialty Day will be held as a full day of programming the day before the ASHT Annual Meeting begins. Registration is available for purchase on its own or as an add-on to the full conference package. Participation is ticketed and requires pre-registration. Select Pediatric Specialty Day content will be recorded and made available through the on-demand platform for ticketed attendees.

Education Plus: Save time and money by joining ASHT or renewing your ASHT membership during the Annual Meeting registration process as one payment! Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate plus membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through December 31, 2027.

Student: Open to students enrolled full time in a basic entry-level occupational or physical therapy program, or who are full-time students in a post-professional doctoral program. Candidates must send a letter from their department chair on university stationary stating enrollment status.

Group Rate: ASHT members from the same institution may register together online to receive the group rate. Everyone in the group will need to be registered at the same time to receive the discount. The group registration rate cannot be applied to attendees looking to renew their membership or become ASHT members, or those wishing to utilize the Education Plus registration rate. A minimum of three people is needed to receive the group rate.

In-Person Registration Categories and Rates

The Early Bird deadline is August 3. Standard rates will apply through September 29 at 11:59 PM ET. The Late rate will apply starting September 30, 2026.

^{Attendees can purchase guest badges for $170 at the time of registration. Guest badges permit access into the exhibit hall only and will be included with your badge sheet at the registration desk. Guests are NOT eligible for drink tickets during the Welcome Reception or lunch tickets on Friday and Saturday.}

Registration fees include meeting registration at the member rate plus membership for the remainder of the current year and the following year. Membership will be valid through 12/31/27.}

Payment

Acceptable payment forms include:

• Checks made payable to ASHT (drawn on a U.S. bank in U.S. dollars)
• VISA, MasterCard and American Express

Full payment must accompany all registration forms. Registration forms without full payment will be returned for completion. Registration will not be processed without payment. No cash is accepted.

Cancellations/Refunds

To cancel your registration and receive a refund, a written request must be received in the ASHT office on or before September 29, 2026. Cancellation requests received by this date will receive a refund less a $50 processing fee. Should a government advisory or any other decision by the host hotel, convention center, or ASHT prevent this meeting from taking place in person, your registration fee will be refunded in full. Attendees should check their individual airlines for specific cancellation/refund policies. ASHT will not be responsible for any airline or hotel cancellation or change fees. There will be no refunds issued for requests received after September 29, 2026. Please forward written requests to meetings@asht.org.
