Alexander Kelsheimer, DO
Alex Kelsheimer, DO is a hand, upper extremity Orthopedic surgeon and microsurgeon that has recently transitioned his practice to Holland, Michigan. Prior to moving he worked in St. Louis at Orthopedic Specialists and St. Luke’s providing comprehensive hand and upper extremity orthopedic care. He completed his fellowship training at the prestigious Florida Orthopedic Institute and Tampa General Hospital. His Orthopedic Surgery residency training was at St. Luke’s Des Peres Hospital, St. Louis University Hospital, and Cardinal Glennon Children’s hospital. He completed medical school at Des Moines University College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Kelsheimer enjoys teaching and has given many presentations and national and regional meetings. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his wife and two children, watching his wife perform on professional operatic and theatrical stages, woodworking, photography, and volleyball.
