Marisa D'Imperio

Marisa D'Imperio is a second-year Occupational Therapy Doctorate Student at The George Washington University. Her interest areas include Geriatrics and Neurology. She has received a B.S. in Kinesiology at The University of Maryland. Marisa was first introduced to OT after receiving services for a mild sports related concussion in high school in which she fell in love with the profession. She has spent time working with individuals with autism and contributing to a research study at her alma mater on the impact of exercise on brain health. This is her first time presenting at conference and she is very excited!
