Logan Pewitt, OTD, OTR/L, CHT
Logan Pewitt is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with expertise in the field of hand and upper extremity rehabilitation. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology from Denison University and her doctorate in occupational therapy from Washington University in St. Louis. She currently practices at the Milliken Hand Rehabilitation Center in St. Louis, Missouri helping patients recover from a variety of complex hand injuries and surgeries.
Logan’s research interests focus on several innovative areas including the use of occupation based treatment in hand therapy, the evaluation of factors affecting flexor tendon repair outcomes, the development and implementation of a PIP joint biofeedback device, and the assessment of patient progress following nerve surgery. Her work aims to enhance therapeutic techniques and improve patient outcomes in hand rehabilitation.
Logan is dedicated to advancing the field through both her clinical practice and research. Outside of her work, she enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dog, Milo.
