Kathrine Manolopoulos

Kate Manolopoulos is a certified hand therapist based in Seattle, WA, who divides her time between practicing at Harborview Medical Center and Proliance Orthopedics and Sports Medicine. At Harborview Medical Center, she specializes in treating complex polytrauma and works on a multidisciplinary peripheral nerve clinic team. At Proliance, she and her colleagues Clyde Johnson and Megan Swanson treat a variety of postoperative and nonoperative upper extremity diagnoses. Together, Manolopoulos, Johnson, and Swanson have published two case studies in the Journal of Hand Therapy on the use of the Relative Motion Orthosis with Dorsal Hood, which Johnson developed in 2018 to treat zone III extensor tendon injuries. In addition to publishing, all three have participated in speaking at conferences and online study groups, as well as, formal and informal mentorship programs to help further the field of hand therapy.
