Eshan Sane
Eshan Sane is a medical student at Washington University in St. Louis School of Medicine interested in Orthopedics and nerve injuries. He completed his undergraduate degree in Biomedical Engineering also at Washington University in St. Louis, in the McKelvey School of Engineering. His main areas of research include both quantitative and qualitative assessments of patient recovery after traumatic brachial plexus injuries. He works on these projects alongside Orthopedic surgeons such as Dr. Dy and Dr. Brogan as well as Dr. Harris from the physical therapy school. Through this research he hopes to pursue his interest in Orthopedics while helping create better technical and interpersonal support systems for patients with these debilitating injuries.
