Amanda West, OTR/L, CHT, has played an integral part in the development of the hand rehabilitation program at UAMS Health, Arkansas’s only level-one trauma center, over the past 7 years. Her dedication extends beyond clinical practice to meaningful volunteer work with the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), contributing as a practice division member and as part of the inaugural cohort of the ASHT Leadership Development Program. Furthermore, Amanda offers strategic guidance as a board advisor for the Arkansas Hand Therapy Society (AHST), influencing hand therapy practices statewide.
