Abbey Mulder

Abbey Mulder, OTR, CHT, MOT, is a Clinic Manager and the Lead Hand Therapist for Athletico in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.  With over a decade of experience specializing in upper extremity conditions, she is committed to providing a superior healthcare experience and improving patient outcomes. Abbey’s unique approach, blending humor and compassion, consistently yields exceptional clinical results, contributing to pain alleviation and timely recovery. She values transparent communication to enrich decision-making processes and tailor individualized treatment plans. She actively contributes to the advancement of hand therapy through her involvement in the DFW Hand Society, the Texas Society for Hand Therapy, and the American Society of Hand Therapists. Abbey also imparts her knowledge as a fieldwork educator and has even taken on the role of adjunct professor at Texas Woman’s University in Denton. Her passion for allied health blossomed from the need for OT services within her family, driving her unwavering dedication to enhancing lives through function. Outside the clinic, Abbey enjoys spending quality time outdoors with her family and rescue dogs, embodying her holistic approach to life and healthcare.
