Sharniece Pierce, OTD, OTR/L, CLT-UE, CEAS, CAFS, CSC, CPT, MFDc, CKTP, AIB-VR/CON, LSVT-BIG Certified, is the OTD Director of Admissions and an Assistant Professor at Hawai’i Pacific University. She holds a Bachelor's degree from Kansas Wesleyan University and a Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD) degree from Creighton University. She is pursuing a Doctor of Education (Ed.D) degree. Sharniece serves on the Board of Directors for the Kansas Occupational Therapy Association (KOTA) and is an active member of the ASHT Technology & Communication Committee and the ASHT Awards Committee. Her research interests focus on the rehabilitation of the upper extremity and promoting diversity.
