Megan Vrooman, MOT, OTR/L
Megan Vrooman is an occupational therapist currently working in outpatient hand therapy at Duke University Health Systems (Durham, NC). She completed her undergraduate education at Kansas State University (Manhattan, KS), where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition and Gerontology. She then completed her masters degree in Occupational Therapy from Emory and Henry College (Marion, VA). Megan recently completed her fellowship in Hand Therapy from Duke from July 2023- July 2024. She has been practicing in outpatient hand therapy for 2.5 years treating patients of all ages with various diagnoses from fractures and tendon injuries to brachial plexopathies.
