Sierra Rusch, OTR/L

Sierra Rusch, OTR/L is an occupational therapist at Aurora BayCare Medical Center in Green Bay, Wisconsin, where she primarily treats hand and upper extremity injuries, both conservatively and post-operatively, as well as supports the comprehensive return-to-work program. Sierra earned both a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Sport Science (2019) as well as a Masters of Science in Occupational Therapy (2022) from UW - La Crosse. Sierra has presented at both the state and national levels and has published in peer-reviewed journals. Sierra has assisted in the development and facilitation of the "Aurora BayCare Occupational Therapy Hand and Upper Extremity Rehabilitation Fellowship," which has recently been accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association. Additionally, she holds membership in the American Occupational Therapy Association. Sierra serves as a clinican, fellowship mentor, and fieldwork instructor for level I and level II as well as capstone occupational therapy graduate students.
