Nicole Caldwell, PT, DPT, CHT, OCS, CMTPT

Nicole Caldwell, PT, DPT, CHT, OCS, CMTPT/DN is a Physical Therapist at Proactive Hand and Physical Therapy and an Assistant Instructor with Myopain Seminars. She graduated from the University of St Augustine for the Health Sciences with her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2015. Nicole has over ten years treating in general orthopedics (achieving her Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) certification in 2017), with five of those years focusing primarily on hand and upper extremity therapy (achieving her Certified Hand Therapist (CHT) speciality in 2026.) She completed her dry needling certification through Myopain Seminars in 2016, and began as an Assistant Instructor with Myopain Seminars in 2019. Nicole's areas of professional interests include: traumatic upper extremity injuries and EDS.
