Martha Paterson, OTR/L, CHT

Martha Paterson, OTR/L, CHT, is an occupational therapist and certified hand therapist specializing in upper-extremity rehabilitation for performing artists. She is co-developer of the FRAME model, an approach that integrates rehabilitation, self-regulation, and return-to-performance strategies to support sustainable recovery. Martha continues to refine this work through research and private practice at Artistic Advantage Hand Therapy in Southern California, where she focuses on helping musicians and other performing artists return to the activities that matter most.
