Laurie Rogers

Laurie Rogers is a seasoned occupational therapist and certified hand therapist with over 35 years of clinical experience. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy from Temple University, followed by a Master of Health Science and a Doctor of Health Science from Drexel University. Throughout her career, Laurie has contributed to the field through mentoring, program development, and professional leadership. An active member of the American Society of Hand Therapists (ASHT), she has served on multiple committees and presented nationally on a range of upper extremity topics. Laurie currently serves as Vice President of Exploring Hand Therapy/Live Conferences and is the co-editor of The Purple Book. She also enjoys teaching as an adjunct instructor at George Washington University.
