Hels March, OTR/L, CHT
Hels March OTR/L, CHT is a Clinical Specialist in Hand Therapy at UCHealth in the Steadman Hawkins Clinic in Englewood, Colorado.
She graduated from Curtin University in Perth, Western Australia with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy, in 1991. It was during her training that she developed a passion for hand therapy.
Hels has worked exclusively in hand therapy since 1998 and achieved her Certification in Hand Therapy in 2000. She has had the privilege of working in Colorado, Florida and Perth, Australia. Settings in which she has worked include in her own private practice, out patient hand surgery clinics, as well as in the hospital system. She continues to feel priviliged to work collaboratively with a number of hand surgeons. Hels has attended a multitude of local, national and international hand therapy conferences and has presented at a number of local and state meetings over the years.
Special interests include tendon repairs and traumatic injuries. Hels also enjoys mentoring and teaching, excited to share her experiences in order to assist others grow as clinicians in hand therapy.
Hels resides in Parker, Colorado with her husband William, their two sons Jake and Luke, as well as her beloved labrador, Aspen.
