Fayth Stephenson-Houdeshel, OTD, OTR/L, MBA

Fayth Stephenson-Houdeshel, OTD, OTR/L, MBA (she/her), is a recent graduate of Cedar Crest College, where she completed her Doctor of Occupational Therapy and Master of Business Administration degrees concurrently. Fayth completed her clinical fieldwork with Lehigh Valley Health Network under the supervision of Missy Trader, OTR/L, CHT, and Ben Mast, OTR/L, CHT. During this experience, she developed a passion for upper-extremity rehabilitation. She later completed her doctoral capstone project, “Scar Wars,” in collaboration with Missy Trader. Fayth currently resides in Arizona, where she is beginning her occupational therapy career while exploring the state’s landscapes, communities, Indigenous cultures, and natural beauty.
