Donna Walls, OTD, OTR, CHT, serves as Professor of Occupational Therapy at Abilene Christian University in Abilene, Texas. She is committed to preparing the next generation of occupational therapists and cultivating in her students a strong interest in the specialty of hand therapy. With 34 years of experience as a Certified Hand Therapist, she has enjoyed a career in the treatment of upper extremity cumulative and traumatic injuries across the West Texas region. In 2014, she transitioned to academia, where she specializes in teaching upper extremity rehabilitation and orthotic fabrication.
