Aviva Wolff, EdD, OT, CHT is a clinician-scientist specializing in upper extremity musculoskeletal injury. She directs the upper extremity clinical movement analysis and biomechanics research program at the Leon Root, MD Motion Analysis Laboratory at Hospital for Special Surgery, holds an appointment as Assistant Professor at Weill Cornell Medicine, and consults for the Juilliard School. Her research focuses on prevention and treatment of occupational overuse injuries in musicians. Dr. Wolff founded the Musculoskeletal Health for Musicians Program, a multi-site implementation trial across collegiate music schools and conservatories. She is co-editor of Cooper's Fundamentals of Hand Therapy, 4th edition (Elsevier, 2025), and has published more than 50 peer-reviewed papers and book chapters. She is a Past President of the American Society of Hand Therapists.
