Andrea Gentry, MOT, CHT

Andrea Gentry, MOT, OTR, CHT, and MNRIⓇ Core Specialist, is an Occupational Therapist with over 30 years of clinical practice in a variety of settings, always gravitating toward care of the hand and upper extremity, no matter the client's age or practice setting. Specializing in hands seemed a natural fit, and Hand Therapy Certification was earned in 2006. Work settings have included inpatient spinal cord rehabilitation, acute and ICU hospital care, cardiac and CVICU care, skilled nursing, outpatient orthopedic hand therapy, and pediatrics in schools, outpatient, and home care. For the last 10 years, Andrea has focused on pediatric hands in her solo clinical practice, combining knowledge and practice as a CHT with the innovative techniques of MNRIⓇ. Her professional passion has been to understand how the brain and hands work together to form such intricate, specialized movement.
