Amanda Holland, OTR/L, CLT I am an Occupational Therapist at Cincinnati Children’s Hospital specializing in outpatient hand therapy, hypermobility, and lymphedema management. I am passionate about helping children and their families feel supported, confident, and empowered with the knowledge and skills needed to manage their condition and participate fully in the activities that matter most to them. As a member of the Cincinnati Children’s Hand Team, I collaborate with a multidisciplinary group of providers across several specialized hand clinics to deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care. Prior to becoming an occupational therapist, I worked as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in an adult outpatient orthopedic hand clinic, where I developed a strong foundation in upper extremity rehabilitation. My passion for occupational therapy and hand therapy is grounded in both professional and personal experience. As a young adult, I sustained a hand injury that required occupational therapy intervention. Experiencing firsthand the challenges that injury can create in daily life, as well as the positive impact of skilled therapy, inspired me to pursue a career dedicated to helping others regain function, independence, and quality of life.
