Alyssa Phillips, CScD, MOT, OTR/L
Alyssa graduated from Saint Francis University with a Masters in Occupational Therapy. She later completed a Doctorate in Clinical Science from the University of Pittsburgh, focusing on adolescent pain management.
With an undergraduate degree in psychology and her experience as an occupational therapist, Alyssa loves to explore the intersection between pain, perception, and functional performance. She's both discovered and refined this appreciation for pain and its complexity over the last 8 years in a variety of settings: upper extremity, chronic pain, neurological, work & industry, pediatrics, and academia.
Currently, Alyssa is a Clinical Education Coordinator and Assistant Professor at Pacific University and when she's not working, enjoys crocheting, hiking, and exploring her newest home, the PNW.
