Adam C. Buglio, OT, MBA

Adam C. Buglio, OT, MBA, is Chief Revenue Officer at North Coast Medical, Inc., a second-generation family-owned manufacturer and global distributor of hand, occupational, and physical rehabilitation products that has served therapists for more than 50 years. He leads NCM's sales, customer growth, and strategic partnerships, including RxCart™ and its integration with remote therapeutic monitoring.

Adam began his career in sales and marketing in the rehabilitation market and served as Director of Sales at North Coast Medical before returning to the company as CRO in 2024. In between, he was Director of National Accounts for the Outpatient Rehabilitation segment at Performance Health and Vice President of Business Development at Therapy Partners Group, a private equity-backed network of outpatient therapy practices. Across those roles he built national account relationships with health systems, hospitals, clinics, and post-acute providers, negotiated GPO sole-source contracts, and led acquisitions from target identification through integration.

He holds a degree in occupational therapy and an MBA, a combination that keeps his focus on what works for therapists and the patients they treat.
