In this session, attendees will explore:

• Starting with “why” and your purpose as a foundation for being an advocate.
• Understanding and owning your worth and value to your patients and the profession.
• Recognizing that your story matters and contributes to how you think about your work and how you show up for yourself, your patients, and your profession.
• Embracing Atomic Advocacy. Advocacy doesn’t have to be overwhelming. When you understand your why, you will naturally advocate in everything you do—and you’ll find opportunities in the small things that add up to make a big difference. You are not “just” anything.
